Mysuru Malli Rice is a fragrant, traditional rice variety from the Karnataka–Tamil Nadu region, celebrated for its pleasant jasmine-like aroma (“Malli” = jasmine) and soft texture. It is a short to medium-grain rice that cooks into light, fluffy grains with a subtle natural fragrance.
